We source high-quality crops and roast our nuts in small batches right here on the farm. All products are stored in climate-controlled environments and sealed in airtight packaging to ensure they arrive at your door at peak flavor.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
We ship nationwide using reliable carriers. During warmer months, we recommend expedited shipping for chocolate-covered items to prevent melting. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I customize a gift basket or nut tin?
Yes! We offer a variety of customizable gift options where you can select your favorite nuts, candies, and preserves. Please contact our customer service team for large corporate gifting orders.
Do you offer products for people with specific dietary restrictions?
We carry a wide range of raw, salted, and unsalted nuts, as well as sugar-free candies. However, please be aware that all our products are processed in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, and soy.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order is damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Can I visit the farm in person?
Absolutely! Bates Nut Farm is open to the public in Valley Center, California. You can shop our store, visit the farm animals, and enjoy our seasonal events like the famous Pumpkin Patch.
