Description: The Valley Center Community Yard Sale is a don’t-miss event for buyers and sellers alike! Sellers turn unwanted treasures into cash, and shoppers enjoy a fun day of bargain hunting at the farm.
What You Get: A 10’ x 15’ space in a yard sale. You must sign up in advance and will not be able to sign up the day of the sale. Spaces sell out quickly and are limited.
SPACES ARE FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED
• Limit of 2 spaces per sale, per each date
• Set Up Friday 1:30pm-5:00pm or Saturday after 5:30am
• All cancellations must be made 10 days before event for a refund. (No forwarding to future events.)
• No early breakdowns permitted
• Leftover items and cardboard must be taken home at the end of the event. Do not leave items at Bates after the event.
